WHO WE SUPPORT
The digital divide leaves marginalized populations behind. Lack of access to new technologies and to higher education prevents vulnerable youths from disadvantaged backgrounds to prepare themselves for the future of work.
In Southeast Asia (Cambodia, the Philippines, Vietnam) and in Africa (Madagascar), PN offers an opportunity to these young people. We provide quality training aligned with local market needs, contributing to building a qualified workforce fit to the global tech demand.
OUR IMPACT
- Since 2005, there have been more than 2,900 graduates from PN.
- Thanks to our holistic approach, the drop-out rate remains below 3%. PN provides accommodation, food, healthcare and social follow-up, so that no student is left behind.
Each year, PN provides career guidance during our selection process to more than 9,500 underprivileged youths – giving them essential information on how to access education and build a career.

It all began in Cambodia with just 25 students.
Today, there are over 2 900 graduates.
Today, almost 20 years later, we are present in 4 countries with our 4 training centers: in Cambodia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Madagascar.
By 2024, over 800 young people in our centers are on their way to transforming their lives!
